 Grace Family Church is a Bible-centered, Spirit-filled, non-denominational church serving the Quad Cities: Davenport, Bettendorf, Rock Island, and Moline.

We are a pastor-led, elder-advised, and staff-run church. We operate with biblical integrity, financial transparency, and spiritual accountability.

 God created you with unique gifts, personality, and purpose. During Growth Track, you’ll take a short Spiritual Gifts & Personality Assessment and learn how God has wired you to make a difference.

Some of the most common gifts we see:

• Hospitality
• Leadership
• Mercy
• Teaching
• Creativity
• Helps
• Evangelism
• Administration
   

You’ll begin to see how your design points toward your place in the church.

 Grace runs on teams. We call them Dream Teams—because when everyone serves in their strength, the church thrives.

Here are just a few of the teams you can join:

• G-Kids (Birth–5th Grade) – Invest in the next generation
• Kingdom Youth (7th–12th Grade) – Lead teens toward Jesus
• Worship & Tech – Worship, sound, livestream, lighting
• Creative & Media – Photography, video, graphics, social
• Hospitality & First Impressions – Greeters, coffee, new guest follow-up
• Care & Prayer – Hospital visits, prayer, follow-up
• Outreach & Events – Serve our city and host special events
   

Each team has a leader ready to help you get started.

 Joining the Grace Family means committing to:

• Attend faithfully and grow spiritually
• Live a Christ-centered life
• Serve faithfully on a team
• Live generously
• Support the mission with unity and prayer
   

At the end of Growth Track, you’ll have the opportunity to sign the Membership Covenant and officially make Grace Family your home church.

 When you complete Growth Track, here’s what happens next:

• You’ll be contacted by your new team leader
• You’ll begin any needed onboarding or shadowing
• If you signed the Membership Covenant—welcome to the family!
